FLAG placement service

While we strive for the best service possible, the safety of our Scouts and Flags are our top priorities.

According to the US Flag Code, 'The flag should not be displayed on days when the weather is inclement, except when an all weather flag is displayed'.

​

While our flags are high in quality, they are not all-weather, which means that they should not be flown in bad weather.

​

Troop 649 reserves the right to delay the Flag Placement, delay the retrieval of flags, and if the conditions are deemed strong, cancel a Flag Placement.

​

However, as we do strive for an excellent service, if a Flag Placement is cancelled for a holiday, Troop 649 will attempt to do another Flag Placement on a different patriotic holiday.
